Among all those German artists whose art showed the influence of Henri Matisse, Oskar Moll is the one most worthwhile mentioning. His works are very close to the art of the Frenchman. However, with his lucid palette Moll had found his very own interpretation of the sensuous southern painting of Henri Matisse.
