The Editio princeps was publisehd by Wendelin de Spira in Venice around 1473. "The paper and type of this work are rather elegant, and some copies have been found even more beautiful than Spira's edition" (Dibdin II, 447). - Partly waterstaining, gutter throughout with brownstain, few leaves browned, first and last leaves with minor worming, title with backed defective spot in the gutter. Still a good copy with neat marginalia of a contemp. hand. Engr. heraldic bookplate.

Third edition, the second edited by Franciscus Puteolanus. With fullpage woodcut printer's device at end (Kristeller 212). 114 nn. leaves, Roman type, 45 lines with initial spaces. 19th cent. vellum with label. - Partly waterstaining, gutter throughout with brownstain, few leaves browned, first and last leaves with minor worming, title with backed defective spot in the gutter. Still a good copy with neat marginalia of a contemp. hand. Engr. heraldic bookplate.
