• Extremely complex composition in harmonious colors.
• In 2015, the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich, dedicated an exhibition to Fritz Winter's emancipation and dynamization of color in the painting of the 1960s.
• Since his participation in documenta I (1955), Winter has been regarded as one of the leading representatives of German Informalism and of post-war abstraction.
• Winter had first exhibitions in the USA in the 1950s, at, among others, the Museum of Modern Art, New York.

Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity (in copy) from Mrs Helga Gausling, Fritz-Winter-House Ahlen, dated June 19, 2009. The work was included into the archive of the Fritz-Winter-House.
