• Yves Klein was a master of monochrome art, in 1960 he was co-founder of one of the 20th century's most important tendencies, the "Nouveau Réalisme".
• His patented "International Klein Blue" is an expression of a spiritual and sensual experience.
• The exhibiiton "Monochrome und Feuer" was the first and last retrospective during the artist's lifetime.
• His works are at, among others, the London Tate Modern, the Centre Pompidou, Paris, and the Museum of Modern Art, New York
