• Monumental wooden sculpture from Stephan Balkenhol's early creative period.
• This “ Mann im blauen Hemd ” (Man in a Blue Shirt) won him the Bremen Art Prize in 1989.
• No other contemporary sculptor has succeeded in creating such a distinctive toeuvre.
• Owned by the same family since its creation.
