Signed and titled “Selbst mit Hut” (Self-portrait with hat) by a hand other than that of the artist. From an edition of 50 copies. On laid paper (with the watermark "BSB"). 32 x 24.7 cm (12.5 x 9.7 in). Sheet: 52,8 x 42 cm (20,47 x 16,53 in).

• This self-portrait is considered the most important work in Beckmann's graphic oeuvre.
• Its significance is emphasized by the four different versions.
